
Happy New Year everyone! As we enter into a new year, I always set goals for myself and some for the family! Some of my favorites this year are:
- Take a photography class and use my camera
- Read/listen to a book a month
- Listen to a podcast a month
- Cook more
- Eat healthier and track with MyFitnessPal
- 1-2 family hikes a month
- 1 family 5K a month
In my quest to find healthy recipes and cook more, I came across a fantastic Crunchy Roll Bowl from a favorite blog, Pinch of Yum. It is a plant-based take on sushi rolls and was so easy and delicious! It will definitely become a part of our lunch/dinner rotation. Also, for anyone interested they have a plant based theme for the month!
Cooking Tips and Tricks
- I used the Classic Batter Bowl to mix all the yummy ingredients and store the extras with the lid in the fridge.
- The Measure All Cup made measuring out the sauce super easy and cleanup quick.
- Chopping was fast and simple with the Santoku knife!
- Use the Quick Cooker to make the rice in only 8 minutes. 25% off all of January 2021!
- Add in any veggies or protein you like for a different twist!
